CHAIRMAN & CEO
Mr. Gathara is the Chairman & CEO of the Company. He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi Bcom (Hons) and has extensive experience in management and business, having worked with various companies both in trading/processing as well as financial service sectors.
PETERSON M. MWAI.
DIRECTOR
Mr. Mwai holds a Bcom (Hons) degree from the University of Nairobi, majoring in the Insurance Option. In addition, he is a qualified Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London (ACII).
Mr. Mwai has served and is currently serving as Board member in various companies both in the public and private sectors of our economy.
VIRGINIA W. MUCHIRI
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ms. Muchiri is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive, hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing, with over 10 years of industry experience. Bringing in experience in Risk Management, Product development, Market analysis, Business development, People management and Marketing.
At Broadfields Capital Limited, she is currently serving as the Operations Manager.
EUNICE NGEA.
FINANCE MANAGER.
Ms. Ngea is in charge of the Finance Division in the Company. She is a holder of a BCOM (Finance) degree and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya [CPA (K)]. She has extensive experience in Finance Management and implementation of accounting systems.
She is currently serving as the Finance Manager at Broadfields Capital Limited.
EDWARD GICHUKI
RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Mr. Gichuki has worked in Banking and Microfinance for over 10 years. He has experience in business development, debt collection, loan appraisal and credit administration.
At Broadfields Capital Limited, he is currently serving as the Relationship Officer.
